RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our main goal at MEEKLOH is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the product to us and we will repair or replace the product. However, we are unable to refund your purchase.

You are able to return an unwanted purchase to MEEKLOH at your own expense, provided that:

  • The product is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers attached;
  • The product is still in the original packaging, with all accessories and parts attached
  • The product is returned within 10 days of purchase

If you would like to exchange your purchase, the product must be returned before a new item can be selected.

If the product us damaged due to manufacturing faults, the bag can be returned and exchanged for a purchase of the same value.
